Return Policy

At Red City Pro Shop, we take pride in offering quality products and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and transfer of firearms. Due to the nature of our products and legal requirements, we maintain a strict return policy as outlined below.

Effective Date: 05/2025

All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm is transferred to you via a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that your purchase is correct before completing your order.

We strongly encourage you to inspect the firearm at your chosen FFL dealer prior to accepting the transfer. Any defects, damage, or concerns must be addressed before you complete the ATF Form 4473 and take possession of the firearm.

Denied Background Checks

If you are denied during the background check process conducted at your selected FFL, the firearm will be returned to Red City Pro Shop. In this case, the following conditions apply:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Firearm Items

For non-firearm items (e.g., apparel, accessories, gear), we may accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. For firearms, any functional issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Red City Pro Shop does not service or repair firearms.
